And it is! All it takes is a little bit of re-learning and memorizing how to classify foods by their nutritional value and digestive compatibility, and a little diligence in making compatible food choices every day.

REALITY CHECK: Eating the way you eat is why you look and feel the way you do. If you don't take time to think about what you're putting into your body every day, then you will continue to suffer health problems to exactly the same degree that you use food incorrectly, and those health problems will compound and manifest more harshly over time.

That's how our health works.

Other things affect our health too, of course, things like hydration, exercise, hygiene, fresh air, sunshine, and sleep... But I can assure you that none of these other factors affect our health to nearly the same degree as the things we ingest on a daily basis.

Even fitness experts typically give diet at least 70% responsibility for building or destroying our health. I believe it's more like 90%, with all those other factors making up the other 10% together.
